What is the difference between pre-orders and weekly releases?

Every Sunday at noon, a new selection of exclusive, custom-made items becomes available for pre-order. These offerings include unique pieces, special sets, and holiday-themed items, all meticulously crafted.

Please note that these made-to-order items have extended shipping times, as specified in each item's description. Take advantage of the opportunity to secure these limited-edition products.

EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE (as listed in each item's description) is when you should expect to receive your item. Of course, once the item(s) have shipped, you will be able to track it. Please refer to our shipping policy.

Weekly releases are also limited-edition print items, but they are in stock and available for immediate shipping. New arrivals are updated every Monday and are always on a first-come, first-served basis.

What brand of clothing do you carry?

We currently carry Pete + Lucy brand clothing, designed and shipped from Florida, and Honeydew USA clothing, designed and shipped from Texas.

As we expand, we will be adding more reputable brands. Each product listed will have an associated vendor.

What is the fabric quality of your clothing?

Our vendors, Pete + Lucy & Honeydew USA, utilize this milk silk fabric.

Honeydew USA also features some items crafted from 100% cotton, linen, and a few other fabric blends.

What should I know about sizing?

Our items typically fit true to size, but if your child is in between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Don't forget to consult our size chart for precise measurements and ensure a fantastic fit every time!

How should clothes be cared for?

Keep your clothes looking fresh and lasting longer with these easy-care tips:

  • Opt for a cold water machine wash to preserve fabric quality.
  • Skip the bleach to maintain vibrant colors, and dry using a low or delicate tumble setting.
  • If you need to iron, a cool setting will do the trick!

REFUNDS / RETURNS

Am I able to return an item or receive a refund?

Due to the limited printing of our products, ALL sales are final. If a shipping issue is beyond our control, we will do our best to provide the finest customer service. 

DEFECT WITH ITEM: If the package or product you received is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (please include any pertinent photos/videos). A replacement will be sent to the original address at no additional cost. If a refund is warranted, it will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post, as times vary by financial institution. 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive the wrong item, notify the boutique within 24 hours. If the initially purchased item is still available, a replacement will be sent. If not, you will receive a full refund. The boutique will provide return postage.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE: If the incorrect size was ordered, please contact the boutique within 24 hours of receiving the item. Customers can return the item for exchange if the originally purchased item is available or for store credit. The original tags must be attached, and the garment must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Return postage will not be provided.

SHIPPING

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is in cue for shipment, you will receive a notification via email. We ask that you track daily (using the 'track my package' feature) to catch any issues. If, for any reason, there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately. 

NOTE: The carrier may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information.

While this is a rare occurrence, there are sometimes glitches within technology. If, for any reason, you do not receive a tracking number via email or text, contact us at info@amtwinkleboutique.com or on our contact page with your order number, full name, shipping address, and e-mail address so that we can make sure you have everything necessary to track your order.

When will my order ship?

IN-STOCK ITEMS: They typically ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

PRE-ORDERS: Pre-orders will have an 'expected arrival' date when ordered. Sometimes, however, they may take longer to receive than initially anticipated. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we only ship within the United States and to U.S. territories.

What are your shipping methods?

Via USPS for orders shipped to U.S. territories.

Via UPS for orders shipped within the continental U.S.

Can I place an order and pick it up?

Yes, local pick-up is available for DeSoto & Shelby County customers (or surrounding counties who frequent the area and are willing to drive).

To place a pick-up order, please add items to your cart and select 'pick up' during checkout. Our pick-up zip code is 38637.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for pick up.

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping costs vary based on your package's weight and final destination. Your shipping charges will be populated once you enter your full address (including zip code).

Orders over $125 ship free.
