ORDER PROCESSING AND TIMEFRAMES
We truly appreciate every dollar you spend with us and understand how crucial it is to have your orders delivered swiftly and efficiently. Shipped orders will go out weekly, Monday through Friday.
From the date of your order confirmation, order processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and method chosen at checkout and your shipping distance from our location. We strive to provide quick order processing; however, please note that the shipping times provided are estimated. You may receive your order earlier or later depending on order volume or other issues outside our control.
Please allow 7-10 business days (DOES NOT include holidays or the weekend (Saturday & Sunday)) from which the order was placed and confirmed to receive your order (EXCLUDES PRE-ORDERS).
WHEN DO MY ITEMS SHIP?
- IN-STOCK ITEMS: Typically ship within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.
- PRE-ORDERS: When ordered, pre-orders have an 'expected arrival' date, as noted in the item's description. Sometimes, however, they may take longer to receive than initially anticipated. If there is a delay, you will be notified via email.
***PLEASE AVOID MIXING AN IN-STOCK ITEM WITH A PRE-ORDER ITEM IN YOUR CART***
Pre-orders have an 'expected arrival' date when ordered, as noted in each item's description; they are paid in full and cannot be canceled. If you decide to purchase both in-stock and pre-order items together, please note that your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items arrive. Need your in-stock items faster? No worries! Reach out to us at info@amtwinkleboutique.com or use our contact form. For an additional $8, we can arrange to have them shipped separately.
Remember, every pre-order offers an estimated delivery window, and we'll keep you in the loop via email if there are any delays.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. We ask that you track your shipment daily using the tracking number provided to monitor progress and catch any delays or issues. If, for any reason, there is an issue with your shipment, please get in touch with us immediately via our contact page.
NOTE: The carrier may take 24-48 hours to update tracking information.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TIMES:
Via UPS: 1-3 business days once the carrier possesses the order.
Via USPS: 1-5 business days once the carrier possesses the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on your package's weight and final destination. Your shipping charges will be populated once you enter your full address (including zip code). Orders over $125 ship free.
LOCAL PICKUP ORDERS
All local orders will have a 2-5 business day turnaround period. Customers will be emailed with instructions once an order is ready for pickup.
NOTE: We cannot hold orders; if you cannot pick up, please choose to have your order shipped.
