RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Due to the limited printing of our products, ALL sales are final. If a shipping issue is beyond our control, we will do our best to provide the finest customer service. 

DEFECT WITH ITEM: If the package or product you received is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt (please include any pertinent photos/videos). A replacement will be sent to the original address at no additional cost. If a refund is warranted, it will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post, as times vary by financial institution. 

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: If you receive the wrong item, notify the boutique within 24 hours. If the initially purchased item is still available, a replacement will be sent. If not, you will receive a full refund. The boutique will provide return postage.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE: If the incorrect size was ordered, please contact the boutique within 24 hours of receiving the item. Customers can return the item for exchange if the originally purchased item is available or for store credit. The original tags must be attached, and the garment must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Return postage will not be provided.
